Laundry Bags

Laundry bags are generally decent sized, cotton bags with a pull cord closure at the top used to hold laundry. The bags are durable and easy to clean and can be washed along with the laundry and hung out to dry before being filled again. Because of their durability laundry bags can be used for carrying food and other gear and for hanging food to keep it away from animals. Laundry bags can be stuffed for use as a pillow, seat or backrest. Or can be used to keep gear organized and clean inside your pack.

Dunk Bags

Dunk bags are special nylon mesh bags with a pull cord closure that are used to carry, wash, and dry gear. The most common use for a dunk bag is for cooking and eating gear but the bag can be used for any gear items that need to be regularly washed and hung up to dry such as laundry, shoes, or other equipment. The bags do not retain moisture, rot, or mildew so your gear can be washed directly in the bag and then rinsed and hung to dry.
