Shipping & Returns

Orders typically ship within 2-3 Business Days (except pre-order or drop ship items); however, during high volume periods, it could take up to 6 business days to ship. Any implied transit times are based on when your order ships.

 

Returns:  All Returns MUST BE Pre-Authorized via Email with a Return Code

We want happy customers and we want to ensure that you receive the product that you want. If you have not, the following is our Return Policy.

If you purchased a product from our website and are not happy with it, you may return it within 10 days of your purchase for a Store Credit.*

For the Return Policy to apply, we require a few things:
The product must be returned to us in "new" condition, unused, unaltered, unworn and containing all original items (e.g., all components).
You must return the items to us within 10 business days from the day you receive your shipment. Along with your RMA Code
